Ninety Days Higher Education
Our Experience
Our team have over 40 years’ experience of leadership, change management and strategy; people who have worked within Higher Education and grasp the complex reality of the many global and far-reaching challenges the sector faces from student experience and staff attrition to funding and the threat posed by AI. We understand the need to distil the many concurrent and sometimes conflicting projects into a coherent strategy; and for the Academic and Professional Service teams to be aligned during focused implementation.
Your Knowledge
We know the needs and imperatives of Higher Education institutions vary enormously and before entering into any programme we take time to understand the specifics of your situation. We also know that in most cases, you understand the changes you wish to make, but not always how best to achieve them. We believe positive change must be crafted and implemented by the individuals best placed to understand the challenges and we seek to combine your knowledge with our expertise to ensure focused execution.
Helping you to deliver the change that you want
We generally find that organisations already know what change or improvement is required. The Ninety Days approach inspires, challenges, engages and aligns everyone to execute those changes is a way that measurably improves both critical performance and financial outcomes.
90-day Accelerated Performance CyclesTM
Our innovative rapid-cycle change methodology is designed to ensure the rapid evaluation of ideas, accurate forecasting of requirements, and a comprehensive overview of business cases across departments and the entire organisation. This methodology provides focused outcomes within the defined timeframe of ninety days or less and avoids the pitfalls of theoretical assessments with patchy implementation. In addition to rapid results the process implements lasting principles that increase organisational agility to face the challenges of the future.
Ownership ThinkingTM Philosophy
Clarity Through Data
At Ninety Days Higher Education, we understand that relying solely on experience and instincts is insufficient. While acknowledging the importance of perception, it’s even more crucial to distinguish between symptoms and root causes.
To address the specific challenges you encounter, we can utilise a variety of diagnostic tools. These tools generate an organisational heatmap, allowing you to identify focal points within your culture, team dynamics, or operational performance.
This collaborative approach enables us to help you precisely identify and address these hotspots and deliver effective solutions.
Execution Through Focus
Once we have achieved clarity about what you wish to achieve, and how you will do so, the emphasis switches to execution. Working with leaders and their teams, we help you put in place a methodology that will execute the plan in detail.
We collaborate with you to develop projects, that deliver outcomes, and remain in contact throughout project execution to ensure that you realise your goals.
Guaranteed Return on Your Investment. Minimum.
We are committed to ensuring that you get value for money and consequently, we guarantee a return on your investment.
Because we have great faith in what individuals can achieve when purposefully aligned, we have much greater expectations for you than simply recovering your investment, but we believe that is the very least that you can expect from us.
